Welcome to the Power Vitamins Partnership page.  If you would like to add functionality to your website by offering high quality nutritionals you have come to the right place!  You can be up and running with a vitamin store in no time.  Simply fill out the form below and we will email you the HTML code that you can place anywhere you like on your website that will link to either our homepage or our catalog page.   We will take care of all the details, you just collect the referral fees!

Referral Fee: 20.00% of (Total sale - shipping,handling and processing fees)

Once your total referral fees reach $100.00 or the end of a quarter arrives (whichever is latter) we will mail you a check.
